Thank you, once again, for sending a new canvas. We received it on Monday, and the canvas itself is perfect. The wrap is lovely and care has obviously been taken with the finishing. The colours are deep and rich and the canvas material is beautifully soft/supple. It looks amazing! I would also like to say thanks for the fantastic job on the 6 other canvases I ordered. Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I can wait again all day today, but tomorrow have a few essential errands, so not sure what to do about this and it has really soured me on the whole experience
