They did everything I could have asked for. They spent the time to help me figure out which photo\'s had enough resolution to print on the large size I wanted and which photos would work for which sizes. They were honest with me if they thought a picture would not look good. My canvas were at my door in one, in 6 business days. They were packaged very well to ensure there was no damage. Horrible! Frames are unusable. Width of back of frame is barely a quarter inch, way too narrow to screw into to attach my canvasses. KEENART: THE LAYOUT OF THE PROFILE WAS PROVIDED WHEN ORDERING ONLINE, IT WAS CUSTOMER\'S CHOICE.

Terrible! I ordered all silver frames and 7 business days later I got all gold. My show opens on Thursday evening, and I don\'t have frames for 3 paintings.
