excellent picture framing Just wanted to say that the framing was excellent. The attention to detail and the neatness of the end product is simply superb. You and your staff are to be commended. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also! Elizabeth R.,	the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,	Plaks...
